Patient Interview from San Pedro, Guatemala
Today's podcast is another patient interview in Spanish. I interviewed Letty while studying at the San Pedro Spanish School. In my first interview with Letty, she told us about her experience with Chikungunya. In this interview, she tells us about her unfortunate fate of also suffering from Zika. Both Chikungunya and Zika are viruses transmitted by the same mosquito, and both have caused outbreaks in Guatemala. In the premium lessons, I am joined by Javier Mendez, my teacher at the San Pedro Spanish School. Together we review the vocabulary, key phrases, and grammar used during the interview.
