VT07 Preparing the Patient

In this lesson, the physical therapist prepares the patient for the Dix-Hallpike maneuver used to diagnose benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. When this test is positive it induces vertigo, so the physical therapist prepares the patient for what she is about to experience.
