Last week, we published a new free lesson: Detection of Chagas Disease. This lesson is based on a clinical dialogue from a group of researchers and clinicians from Boston University and Boston Medical Center working to raise awareness of Chagas Disease and improve its screening and diagnosis nationally.
In the clinical dialogue, Daniela Grave, our new Spanish teacher from Mexico, plays the role of the doctor and joins me for a Q&A where we discuss the essential vocabulary and phrases.
With the publication of this lesson on Chagas Disease, I created a new course that will include all our lessons related to infectious diseases.
Right now, we have two lessons published under the Chagas Disease module, and I will add a new lesson every Saturday until we have reviewed the entire dialogue with Daniela.
Over the next couple of weeks, I will add new modules to this course covering the following topics:

- Lyme disease
- Common Skin infections
- Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease
- Viral Gastroenteritis in Children
